Welcome to our new courier system with a handy calculator for non-hazardous shipments on this page. Please note all importers in France must now have a VAT number. For hazardous prices and any other questions please just ask a member of the SFS Team who will gladly assist you. Please also be aware we are currently making impovements to this portal in stages. The pre-alert now sends the system commercial invoice, system commerical invoices can now be viewed in the tracking & address book now in alphabetical order with futher improvements to come soon.

Tariffs2024 update

We are now using Tariffs dated 2024 if you are using older ones please kindly let us know and we shall email you an updated one. Also, please be aware when using the cost calculator if the longest measurement exceeds 100 cms, the second longest measurement exceeds 76 cms or the weight per piece exceeds 25 kilos please note there may be a surcharge so please contact us for a quote. Please be advised that some agents impose a Residential Surcharge. In these instances and where absolutley neccasary, we may also have no choice but to apply a £6.50 + Fuel Residential Surcharge to your shipment. A border Exit Fee of £2.00 is applicable to all exports.

QuotationsSurcharges

Please be advised the current fuel surcharges from 1st January 2024 added to your quotation are as follows. Gold Express 31.5 percent - Silver Express 29 percent - Domestic 9.6 percent. For EXPD Service Levels, these are reviewed adhoc. EXPD Air 29.75 percent - EXPD Road & UK 19.5 percent. Please note that Fuel Surcharges are subject to change and some services do have an enhanced fuel surcharge. If shipping any pieces exceeding 25kg OR Longest measurement exceeding 100cm OR Second Longest measurement exceeding 76cm OR Length and Girth combined exceeds 300cm then please contact a member of the SFS Team. Anything over 300cm in Length we will put you in touch with our Dedicated Freight Teams to assist, due to courier restrictions. There is also a GBP15.75 charge for standard custom entries exceeding GBP750. Peak Season Demand SurchargeSept 2024-Feb 2025

As per the mailing that went out week commencing 02nd September, some of our couriers are introducing their Surcharges for Peak Season. We are encouraging all customers to be extra vigilant when declaring or sending shipments. If you have any concerns that your shipment will meet the criteria where an increased surcharge may be incurred then please discuss with us ahead of shipping. We will be able to offer an array of alternative solutions for your consideration and peace of mind. The following surcharges will be introduced IN ADDITION to current surcharges and rates. Peak Season Surcharge Additional Handling up to £18.60 per piece. Peak Season Surcharge Overgirth £137.50 per piece. Peak Season Surcharge Overmaximum £977.50 per piece. Express services and some economy services will be subject to surge fees in the form of GBP per Kilogram. Europe to Europe 0.35 and Europe to ROW 0.50.
